Noble Drilling’s semisubmersible, Noble Jim Thompson is currently on location at Viosca Knoll Block 946 in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico for testing and commissioning work. The rig left Friede Goldman shipyard earlier this month and is the second EVA-4000 semisub conversion to be completed. [pdf]
